China. It was dark when we got to the Negri river which one of the guide books said you could free camp, it turned out to be not a bad spot on the WA/NT border. We had followed another Prado for a fair distance and it happened to be parked at the same spot, the chap was travelling alone and was from Narooma on the south cost, he joined us later by the campfire for a chat. We had run out of red wine so we decided to pick some more up in Halls Creek, no such luck as you can only buy 2 types of light beer in the whole town, a consequence of the number of indigenes people living in the town, it'll hava to be beer and white with tea.

Duncan Road
Thursday - today was not one of my better plans, to put it mildly by Chris, we should have turned right and headed up the highway instead of turning south towards Halls Creek. The intention was to do a loop around the Bungles, travelling on the Duncan Road towards Lake Argyle, we drove for 8 hours and ended up directly across from where we started yesterday and saw none of the Bungles, on the way we stopped at the "China Wall" which is a rock formation that looks like the Great Wall in c
