On the road again

Sunday - today we left the Kimberley's and Lake Argyle and headed towards Darwin, the intention is to free camp on the way to Lichfield National park where we will stay a few nights before heading into Darwin. The intention was to stay at Sullivan's campground in the Gregory National park but it was full by 2.30pm so we continued onto the Mathison Rest Area, 100 km from Katherine. It is now full with 23 caravans and campers, and 1 motorbike.

    Feeling very envious - reading this when I should be typing up an ITR response.

    The photo's and the reports are great - inspiring me to have a bit more of a look around north west Australia. Are well something else to add to the ever growing bucket list.

    Hi Travellers
    Tricia and I are back from our European trip and just catching up on your exploits. Brings back great memories of a trip we did in the Kimberlys years ago. At that time it was fabulous barra fishing down the Ord from the dam...I can still tast it!
